At Lorna Plush Studio, we dedicate ourselves to providing high-quality, limited-edition handmade collectible plush toys. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy under specific guidelines.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with original tags intact, and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at support.lornaplush@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a free replacement or a full refund.
3. Change of Mind Returns
Because our items are handmade and limited collectibles, we generally do not support returns or refunds for a simple change of mind after the order has been successfully shipped. Please review all product sizes, colors, and descriptions carefully before placing your order.
4. Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item shipped), Lorna Plush Studio will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
For any other approved exceptional returns, the customer will be responsible for paying their own return shipping fees.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
